About George

Hello, my name is George and I'm looking for a loving family with a big yard for me to play in. I'm a pure breed Fox red Labrador Retriever and I will turn 1 year old on March 30th. I weigh about 50 pounds and am close to 2'4' tall. I'm housebroken,extremely well behaved and very energetic. I currently live with 1 dog and 1 cat. They are both much older than me and we all get along great despite our extreme differences in energy levels. My human has 8 grandchildren ranging in ages from 1-17 and they love me as much as I love them. Ive been with my family since I was just 8 wks old but sadly my Mom feels like she isn't giving me the life I deserve to be living. We live in a row home in the city with just a small front yard and I have absolutely 0 interest in being harnessed or taking a walk anywhere! This is a decision that was excruciatingly hard to make but one that is the best. I'm not going to just leave with anyone and will only consider a perfectly fit family.
