About HYDE

MEET HYDE, a 4-year-old brindle-and-white handsome Pit Bull Terrier, in need of a foster or forever home. Despite his imposing look, Hyde is a sweetheart in disguise once he knows and trusts you. He especially bonds with men - and he can bond quickly and intensely to his person. Hyde will make a wonderful, protective, loyal companion. He will thrive with a single person experienced with pits. Hyde is timid around other dogs, so we do not know how he'd do with another dog in the home. Originally, Hyde was dumped by his people -- and taken in by a rescue group so he wouldn't end up in the overcrowded shelter system. Hyde needs an experienced owner because he's shy in the beginning and he needs time to acclimate. Can you foster or adopt Hyde? He weighs about 70+ lbs. He is currently in California but can be transported to Utah.
