He is just 10 lbs so he is a little guy which is why we recommend older kids. He is fine with both dogs and cats but would also be fine being someone's one and only. He is house and crate trained too! He is neutered, heartworm negative and on preventions, microchipped and vaccinates. Adoption fee is $450
