Rescue Me's Photo upload isn't working so send an email and I'll see photos of Leah to you.Rescued a 4-year-old brown/white female corgi with an interesting tail (purebred though just tail never docked a la naturale) from the San Pedro Harbor Shelter on 2/20. She was spayed on 2/21 and is in foster care with me. She loves to play ball but must be low key for 14 days after her surgery, basically potty time. She enjoys walks and has a good appetite. She is current on all her shots and microchipped. She would probably be okay with older kids 11 and up and has a medium energy level. She needs an adopter that has a corgi background, will take her to training. She is housebroken and likes balls and other toys. She is crate trained as well. If interested in meeting her, send me a pm. I am looking for a home in the southbay area of Los Angeles or open to LA and OC counties as well. Here are some shelter photos of her. Her name is Leah and she did have a litter sometime back. She weighs 22 lbs. Was an owner surrender at the shelter along with a french bulldog and a pug, all females. Suspect this was a 'backyard breeder' but his landlord had issues and/or he was moving, not sure. Adoption process. First a meet/greet, then completion of a preadoption ap and a two-week trial period. There is an adoption donation and a adoption contract. Looking for a youthful adopter no older than 65.
