About Mochi

## Meet Mochi\! �٤��%9D%A4��%8F Mochi is a 10\-month\-old little teddy bear with a heartbreaking beginning and the sweetest personality imaginable\. This adorable little 'Monchichi' was abandoned inside a box at a park\. For three days, she stayed there while her story circulated on the Ring app, but no one stepped forward to help her\. Finally, one of our volunteers went to get her\. When Mochi arrived, she was terrified and shaking\. But after a warm bath and being introduced to a pack of friendly dogs, everything changed\. Her face lit up with the biggest smile, and she immediately started playing\. That is when we discovered what truly makes Mochi happy: **other dogs\.** Mochi absolutely LOVES having canine friends\. She wrestles, plays chase, runs around playing keep\-away, and somehow manages to hold her own even though she is usually the smallest dog in the group\. We would really love to see her adopted into a home with another playful dog who wants a little sister and best friend\. She has also been wonderful meeting new people, is great with kids, and is incredibly affectionate\. At bedtime, Mochi is happiest curled up right beside you\. She is loving, cuddly, trusting, and just wants to be part of a family\. Mochi is potty\-pad trained and has proven to be a very quick learner\. Despite everything she experienced before being rescued, Mochi never lost her sweetness\. She still loves people\. She still trusts\. She still plays with complete joy\. She does carry a few reminders of her past\. Mochi has scar tissue on her left ear that the veterinarian believes may have resulted from an old injury\. Thankfully, it does not affect her hearing and does not require treatment\. Her tail was also previously broken in two places\. Although amputation was discussed, she happily wags that funny little tail whenever she gets excited, and it has become one of the cutest and most expressive things about her\. Mochi survived being abandoned and overlooked, but that is not where her story ends\. At only 10 months old, her life is just beginning\. She is a playful little best friend, a cuddle buddy, a doggy wrestling champion, and one very lucky little girl who deserves to spend the rest of her life knowing she will never be abandoned again\.
