Meet Jellybean! Jellybean is a 6 month old, Australian Shepherd mix. She weighs 33 pounds. We expect she'll mature to around 40-45 pounds, a just-right, easy-to-live-with size. Jellybean is not the bold, busy, center-of-the-party type. She is the thoughtful observer. The puppy who takes a minute to read the room before stepping in . She can be shy in new situations and is more comfortable with women at first, but when she feels safe, her gentle affection starts to shine. Unlike many Australian Shepherd mixes, Jellybean is refreshingly low-key. She doesn't need constant activity, complicated jobs, or marathon exercise sessions. A calm environment, a predictable routine, and gentle encouragement go much further with her than high-energy adventures. She is both crate trained and potty trained, and she thrives with consistency. Jellybean finds comfort in knowing what to expect. Jellybean would truly benefit from another confident dog in the home. Having a canine companion helps her build confidence and feel more at ease. She loves having a buddy to follow and learn from. She is also starting to really enjoy going on walks and getting out to explore the world a bit. With each outing, her confidence grows, and it's wonderful to see her curiosity start to bloom. A physically fenced yard is required, not because she's a wild runner, but because having a secure space to explore safely will help her build confidence at her own pace. Jellybean is not flashy. She is not demanding. She is simply a sweet, sensitive puppy looking for a patient home where she can feel secure and loved. With the right family and a dog friend by her side, she will grow into a deeply loyal and devoted companion. Jellybean is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
