About LILA

Meet Lila. PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING. NO EXCEPTIONS This tiny girl was found wandering the streets of Miami just a few days ago and is now safe at our vet receiving care. Lila is a 4-month-old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix and is incredibly small and delicate. We are currently looking for a foster-to-adopt home in the Miami, Broward, or Boca area ONLY. Because of her size, we will only place her in a home with NO small children and with someone experienced in handling small breeds. She has received her initial vaccines and is pending spay, which is why she must remain local to our rescue and partnering veterinarian. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If you are interested in fostering-to-adopt or meeting Lila, the first step is submitting an adoption application. Once your application has been reviewed and approved by our board, and we feel it is a good match, a volunteer will contact you for a phone interview. ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY. WE MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for understanding and for helping us ensure Lila is placed in a safe, experienced, and loving home.
