I like Milo. He looks like a Milo'| although his intensity and presence might be better suited to a name like Judge or Kahn. But to give him just a little softer edge, we're sticking with Milo. This young male Dutch Shepherd is a full-on whirlwind. He does not stay still long. Driven, sharp, observant; he's everything you'd expect in a working-bred dog. We're told his sire was a working police K-9'| and honestly? I can see it. True to the breed, Milo is initially a bit wary. He doesn't hand out trust immediately. But he's still a puppy, which means he's more adaptable and willing to go with the flow when he needs to. With the right guidance, that combination of drive and youth is going to be something special. Milo will absolutely need an experienced adopter; someone who understands working dogs, structure, boundaries, and how to channel serious drive into something productive. He's not a casual pet home kind of guy. He's a partner-in-the-making. I like him. A lot. And I'm excited to see how he unfolds the longer he's here. If you're experienced and looking for a young working prospect with tons of potential, Milo might just be your guy. Milo is currently being fostered with a rescue. Serious inquires only. There is an adoption application that must be completed before meeting with the dog.
