About Athena

Athena is very weary of new humans. I have taken care of her skin issues and gotten her spayed and she's current on shots as of Feb 2026 as she had her shots in October of 2025. It took me weeks for her to trust me. She licks a lot. She's very food driven. She's smaller (41 lbs)and very energetic. She just wants to love you and get your attention once she's established you as her person. I started working with her in may 2025 as she was a stray at my job and I ended up taking her home in August but I can't keep her cause I'm moving to Arkansas and I need someone who is willing to work with her and be some her trusted person again. There's nothing wrong with her besides her trust issues. She growls and barks but she hasn't bit me or anyone in my home. Shes use to everyone in my home now. She's just scared but when you gain her trust she is the BEST. I already have 2 dogs and she was never meant to be a permanent addition. Please reach out and I can send more pics and videos.
