About MELVIN

Meet Mr. Melvin! He's a 'Minuet Munchkin', which is a cross between a Munchkin and a Persian. His legs are short but his hair is long :) He's 10 yrs old, neutered, up to date on shots, and front declawed. Melvin is a very social and playful boy! His favorite game is whacking around wand toys with anyone who will play with him. He enjoys his cat condo and watching 'window tv'. Melvin also likes routine, which has unfortunately become difficult after major changes in his owner's life. When his routine is disrupted or he experiences other stressors, he may show symptoms of feline idiopathic cystitis, which can mean peeing small amounts of urine in areas away from his litter box. The ideal home for Melvin would offer a stable routine and low stress, preferably without other cats, small children, or dogs (unless small and well-behaved).
