About Meadow

It saddens me to say, but I am in need of a new home for my babies. I am currently pregnant and homeless. For the time being, I am couch surfing, but with the uncertainty of my current housing situation, I don't want to stress them out more than necessary. I would prefer for them not to go to a shelter and if possible for them to stay together. Meadow is a 5yr old, 50lb blonde lab mix. She's a big girl, but she is still trying to navigate this scary world. She is very loyal and loving. Sometimes to a fault. She is very protective of her person, which could come off as reactive. But with some training I'm sure that nervousness could be redirected. Meadow does have a few medical issues that require medication, but nothing too serious, she has chronic ear infections and the occasional bladder leaks, both of which are controlled with medication which aren't very expensive. Both of the pups are very treat/food motivated, so any extra training they may need should be pretty easy. Because they are both very rambunctious, I would recommend a home without babies or children under 10. Both are up to date on their rabies shots but will need heartworm/flea and tick prevention.
