Brother in law found this dog on the streets. We are temporarily fostering but can no longer keep or care for him. He has a scar on his back from scabbing he had. Not sure what it was. He is a very friendly dog and loves pets and cuddles. I'm sure he was abused. He can be very timid and anxious.
