About Piper

Piper is a senior dog that desperately needs a home to go to. She is in a very temporary foster arrangement and may be dropped at a shelter in about a week if we aren't able to find her a new home. Piper was saved about 3 years ago from an overcrowded shelter. The family turned her in because she was stalking the cat. Piper may have a prey drive so we recommend no cats or small dogs. She has been ok with larger dogs, but due to her being almost 10 yrs old now and lower energy, its probably best if she's the only pet in the home. We've not had any issues with kids, we think older kids would be fine. We don't recommend small kids since she's a quiet senior dog. Piper is about 9.5 years old, vaccinated, spayed. If you can give this nice dog a quiet home, that's all she is asking for. She does like to ride in the car and go on walks. She's a great TV companion or will lay at your feet while you work.
