About Lenny

This post is going out with a prayer. There are so many abandoned dogs right now, shelters are beyond full, and euthanasia numbers are heartbreaking. Today we need help for a beautiful German Shepherd mix who was found wandering in Canarsie. Meet LENNY a gentle giant with the sweetest soul. He is a neutered male with no microchip, and right now he is scared and quietly hiding in his kennel. He is NOT aggressive just shy and overwhelmed and he walks so nicely on a leash a gentle boy. He truly seems like a soft, sensitive boy who just needs someone to show him he's safe. The police station can only hold him for 1-2 days before he is transferred to a kill shelter if no help comes forward. We are urgently searching for: A foster, A possible adopter (if no owner is found).
