About Winston

Winston's journey is just beginning, and he's ready to find his forever home. This sweet four-year-old boy has had a difficult start in life as a mill dog. After being rescued from that situation, he came to us to begin his fresh start-and he's making steady progress every day. Winston is healthy, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. Now, he just needs a patient and understanding family to help him continue to blossom. Winston is what we lovingly call a 'project' dog. He's still learning what it means to be a cherished member of a family, and he'll thrive in a calm, predictable environment where he can move at his own pace. With time, kindness, and consistency, he will continue gaining confidence and discovering the joys of being a beloved companion. A securely fenced yard is required so Winston can safely explore and build confidence in his surroundings.
