About Sally

Meet Sally Sally is a beautiful pup looking for a new home. She will stay with her family until her perfect home is found. Sally is amazing. She's done nothing wrong. She's just a young, energetic and very smart young pup who needs an active family or person. She is loved, but her parents can see she needs a more active life. Sally is almost three years old. She weighs just 35 - 40 lbs. She is petite and athletic. She has a precious face with innocent eyes that will pierce your heart. Her coat is a beautiful caramel color. She is house-trained, crate-trained and is well-mannered. She LOVES people and children. She is good with dogs but must be introduced slowly. She lives with a housemate and the two play well together. Sally is leash trained. She has a strong prey drive and a containment fence will be a MUST for her. Without one she has run off a couple of times when she sees something fun to chase. She would do great with an active family where she can go hiking or running or play in the yard with the kids. She LOVES to play. She tugs and fetches with joy. She sleeps with her parents and happily snuggles in for the night. She is a wonderful and happy dog perfect for an active family or person. All adopters must complete an approval process which involves a reference check with current/recent vet and a brief home visit if located in the immediate area. We do permit out-of-state adoptions. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. We do not ship, nor do we transport them to their new homes.
