About Wheeler

A good boy in need of a loving home. He is 2 years old, house trained and crate trained. Knows a few basic commands. Was raised with 1 male and 1 female dog. Gets along with the female better. But nothing major with the male. They can be in the same room with no issues. Just the occasional growl when they get in each other's way. He is up to date on vaccinations and neutered. He is a loving pup who is incredibly calm for a 2 year old of this breed. He has a hard time playing with other dogs, he is usually the one to break up any play fighting. He does not know fetch. He has a few toys he just chews on but does not destroy. His downfall is that he is a very anxious and frightful pup. Anything too loud or too strange usually sends him running away. He does not jump fences. He needs a patient someone to help him find his confidence and I think he would be a GREAT dog! We are having to relocate and can't take all 3 dogs with us. He deserves a loving, patient, slower paced home. We have a baby at home and he does fine (he mostly chooses to kennel himself when the baby is crying or being loud) but would probably do best with older kids.
