About Duke

Posted February 19, 2026 We have an emergency situation for a foster/adopter for a beloved dog 'Duke'. He came into our rescue in early 2022. He was with his foster mom for seven months. Duke was adopted to an extraordinary woman in December 2022. For three years, Duke was unconditionally loved by his mommy. Unfortunately, Duke's adopter passed away three weeks ago. Duke has been staying with a friend who is temporarily fostering him, but does not want to keep him. We need to move Duke back to our rescue no later then March 13th. We are praying for a miracle asap. Duke is a 6-7 year, male, black, Min Pin mix who weighs approximately 18-20lbs. He loves to walk on his leash and once he knows you, is truly amazing. This poor dog had a good life for the last three years. It was his only good life. Please help us, help Duke. We are always looking for foster homes for our rescued hearts sweeties. Maybe your home can be one of them.
