Get ready to fall head over heels for a truly special girl named Halo! This sweet 9-month-old pup has overcome so much since her rough start in life - found abandoned in a field at just four months old. But thanks to lots of love and care, she's blossomed into a happy, resilient, and joyful companion. Halo is the definition of sweet; she's incredibly intelligent, super playful, and her gentle spirit shines through in everything she does. While is a little timid and submissive at heart, her confidence is growing leaps and bounds every single day, and it's truly a joy to watch her come out of her shell. She genuinely doesn't have a mean bone in her body! Because she can sometimes get a little overwhelmed by too much hustle and bustle, a calmer home without young children would probably be her ideal setup. We also suspect she might have a tiny bit of cattle dog DNA because she has a strong, though gentle, instinct to 'herd' any feline friends she encounters! It's quite amusing, but it means she might not be the best fit for a home with cats who prefer their personal space. What she absolutely *loves* is other dogs! She thrives with canine companions. A calm, friendly dog sibling who could show her the ropes and engage in some playful romps would be a dream come true for her. Halo is searching for a dedicated, loving family - true dog lovers who understand the commitment and joy of bringing a pup into their lives. A secure, fenced yard would be fantastic for her to explore safely, and someone who has the time to help her settle into her new surroundings and continue building that trust would be wonderful. She's ready to be a cherished member of your family, joining you on adventures to parks and trails, and simply enjoying life together. She's an absolute gem, and with just a little bit of guidance on basic manners, she's sure to blossom even further. Oh, and did I mention she's a total water baby? Lakes, rivers, even puddles - if it's wet, she's in! Watching her splash around is pure joy. She's a perfectly pint-sized companion, weighing in at a comfortable 40 pounds. She's a pro at crate-sleeping (and her large crate will come with her!), but if you're open to snuggles, she wouldn't mind joining you for some cozy bed time! And good news - she's completely house-trained! Making the difficult decision to find Halo a new home has been truly heartbreaking, but my absolute priority is ensuring she finds the perfect forever family where she can thrive and be cherished. We're looking for a home that will give her all the love, patience, and stability she deserves. Looking forward to hearing from you!
