About Russell

Regretfully we have to rehome our basset hound Russell. He is a wonderful 2 year old ball of love. He is great with kids other dogs and cats. He knows how to give paw and stay for treats of course. He absolutely needs to be in a home where there are other dogs or with people that are able to give him a lot of attention that he deserves. He is not neutered, we never needed to do that. He has been extremely well taken care of and HAS to go to a home where that will continue. He is AKC registered and is up to date with all shots and vaccine's. We can provide you with health records. We have a sitter that has taken him when we go on vacation and he is very happy there with the other dogs and 6 children that she has. The sitter adores him, she hates to have to go e him back whenever he stays there. Again he must go to a home where he can get a lot of attention or with other dogs. We must stress that he has to go to a home where he will be well taken care of. We love him but we cannot give him the time he deserves and we cannot get another dog. P.S. when he wants to go out we trained him to ring a bell which he is fantastic with. He is also crate trained has no issues with it and he sleeps in it every night.
