Scotty is getting into the swing of things and is ready for the next stage of retirement life, a home of his very own. Scotty has moved around a couple of times since losing his momma. He seems in good spirits and was very happy to have some new doggy friends to take his mind off things. He is surprisingly chipper. Scotty does not do stairs very well, but adding glucosamine to his diet has helped his mobility. He does have some little old man lumps. One on his hip has been tested and is benign, though a different vet was concerned about his swollen lymph nodes. He does have a mass on his liver, but all bloodwork has been relatively good. He looks pretty amazing for his age and was well taken care of and loved. He is up to date on immunizations, neutered, is social with other dogs, doesn't bother the cats, and likes older children. He has a bit of dementia and does not always listen when called. Sometimes he hears perfectly well, so we think it could be the dementia taking over at times. He doesn't know personal space or dog language and it sometimes is taken the wrong way from overly dominant or shy, submissive dogs. 21.2 lbs 12 yrs old.
