About Lola

It absolutely breaks our hearts to rehome our sweet girl because we've done everything imaginable to avoid this. Unfortunately, the relationship she has with the other two dogs in our home has become increasingly more difficult. The measures we've had to take to keep everyone safely separated have become extensive, and it's begun to impact hers and our other animals quality of life. She deserves more freedom and attention than we're able to give her in our current living situation. She is great with people and forms strong, loving bonds. However, she struggles with high anxiety around certain noises - especially vacuuming sounds, dinging alerts & similar household noises. Because of this anxiety, and with small children in our home, we feel she would do best in a calm, adult-only household. She has never shown aggression toward children, but a quieter environment without kids or other dogs would help her feel safe & settled. She is an active girl who needs a lot of exercise. She loves playing fetch, being outdoors, and snuggling for a nap afterwards. We're looking for a home that can give her lots of love, patience and attention. This decision has not been made lightly. Our only goal is to find her a home where she can live her happiest life.
