Foster-to-Adopt Needed - Meet Millie We were recently contacted about Millie, and while we do not currently have an open foster, we would truly love to step in and help her. Millie is a 6-year-old Great Pyrenees / German Shepherd mix who is in need of a soft place to land. She is good with other dogs & young children. She is safe for now, but she needs a committed foster-to-adopt home so we can bring her fully under rescue care and get her everything she needs sooner rather than later. Millie will require additional vetting, which will be fully covered by the rescue. What does foster-to-adopt mean? It means you would foster Millie through her medical care and recovery period, and once she is cleared, you would have first priority ('first dibs') to officially adopt her. Large guardian/shepherd mixes are loyal, intelligent, and devoted companions. Millie deserves stability, patience, and a family ready to give her the fresh start she needs. If you have room in your heart and home to help Millie - even temporarily - please message us. Let's get this girl the safe, loving future she deserves
