About Nova

Say hello to beautiful Nova! She's a very sweet 1 year old girl who we think is a Lab mix. She has a beautiful black coat with white on the tip of her nose & tail and cute white socks! They say the eyes are the window to the soul and you can see her sweetness in her soulful eyes. She's 45 pounds but we think she could easily gain another 5 pounds or so. We've posted 2 videos from the day we rescued her from the Shelter and you'll be able to see how sweet and friendly she is. Her tail goes 100 miles an hour but she's not jumpy or wild at all. Nova is living with a great Foster family who share this info: 'Nova is such a good girl. She is loyal and just wants to hang with her people. She loves to go on a walk but is also happy to chill on the couch snuggled up under the blankets. She likes to play with other dogs but is also happy to just do her own thing. She can be a little timid in meeting new people but warms up quickly with kindness and some nice treats. Nova would do well in a home with other dogs but could be alright as an only dog also. We haven't seen Nova with cats, but I suspect she would be fine with them. Nova is potty trained but might need some reminder treats in a new situation. She is up to date on vaccinations and spayed.
