About Maxie

Maxie the Dachshund Mix Puppy!'s Story Maxie is a sweet, playful Dachshund-mix puppy and the daughter of mama Sage. She has a beautiful black and white coat and will be 8 weeks old on February 13th, when she'll be ready to head home to her forever family. Maxie has been raised in a busy foster home with multiple dogs and children, helping her grow into a well-rounded, social puppy. She's curious, affectionate, and excited to start her next adventure with a family of her own who's ready for all the fun (and puppy antics!) that come with a young pup. She is working on her potty training, however her new family should be prepared to do additional training while she learns the routine at her new home as she is just a young puppy. She is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination, which certifies her to be in good condition. Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee.
