About Monty von Modautal

Monty von Modautal is a beautiful 5 year old German Shepherd. Monty was on his own on the USC campus when two students came to his rescue. We were taken with his gentle manner and soulful look. He thrives on human connection and is happiest right by your side, whether he's receiving belly rubs or calmly waiting for a little reassurance. He's smart and treat-motivated, preferring the yummiest ones. A manageable size and a dream on leash, Monty walks with excellent manners and greets everyone he meets with soft tail wags. In playgroup he's polite with other dogs and doesn't mind sharing a water bowl, but tends to focus on his people. He has even tested well with cats. If you would enjoy a gentle, well-mannered boy who will make a very loving companion, please ask for Monty when you come.
