About Phoebe

Phoebe is 12 weeks old and about 15 pounds. Phoebe is an absolute doll. She and he sister we found dumped on the side of a road in a box. She is determined to put that behind her. She is currently being fostered by a wonderful woman. They went to the pet store the other day and she greeted every dog, adult, and child she saw. She is a total love bug. She is mostly house trained, she is also pee pad trained. She loves to snuggle and play and seems to be enjoying the snow. She is about as sweet as can be, she doesn't seem nervous about new people or situations. She is very open and willing to engage with anybody she meets.
