About Archie

Meet Archie, He is a three year-old Australian Cattle Dog (Red Heeler). Archie is a sweet and energetic young dog, he is always ready to run, fetch a ball, or play tug-o-war. He is very affectionate with his owner. He likes cats, but does not have much interaction with other dogs and is generally aloof, he can sometimes be reactive when on a leash toward other dogs and strangers. He is house broken, crate trained and knows some basic commands such as 'Sit'; and 'Drop it'; He is highly food motivated and is easily won over with a treat. Archie is neutered and up to date on his shots. He is a medium sized dog at about 35-38lbs. He was born on an Amish farm in Lancaster County in January 2023, I have had him since he was approximately 8 weeks old. Since he is a working dog, he requires lots of exercise, a yard is preferred but he currently lives in an apartment
