We believe they are Smooth Fox Terrier and Blue Heeler mixes born approximately on November 15, including Charlie Chip, a beautiful tri-color boy weighing approximately 14 pounds. He is not yet neutered and will go home under a foster-to-adopt agreement, which means the adopters and TRACS are co-owners of him until his procedure is completed. We require a refundable $150. neuter deposit and provide a $50. voucher to help cover the cost of the surgery. Charlie Chip is current on his vaccines and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $300.
