Starly is an absolute sweetheart with a huge love for cuddles. She has some separation anxiety, so she does best in a home where someone can be with her more often than not. She can be left alone, but ideally not longer than about 8 hours at a time. Due to my lymphoma diagnosis, I had to make the incredibly difficult decision to rehome her. Her most recent home works full time, and while she has been cared for, she has struggled with the long hours alone. It's become clear that Starly truly thrives in a setup where she has more companionship and consistency. She is currently in a safe, stable environment while we search for the right long-term home for her. She generally does well with other dogs, especially calm ones, but can become reactive if another dog is aggressive. A cat-free home is a must. She can be a bit shy around men at first, but with patience she warms up and becomes very affectionate. Starly is fully potty trained, and a home with a doggy door would be ideal for her. She does bark occasionally, mostly when she sees something, but I don't think its excessive. Above all, she loves being close to her people and would happily cuddle with you all day if she could.
