Talula is a 3-year-old spayed Border Collie/Heeler mix fostered in Elizabeth City, NC. She is incredibly loving, great with kids (including toddlers), and bonds deeply with her people. Talula enjoys car rides, going to work with her foster mom, and being part of everyday life. She is friendly with men and women and has done well around horses, livestock, and cats (no chasing or fixation). Talula is dog selective and would do best as an only dog or with a calm, submissive companion. She will thrive with a patient adopter willing to support continued confidence and boundary work.
