My parents could use some assistance with one of their dogs. Bandit, their German Shepherd, hasn't had much training and can be quite vocal; he has even bit at a family member and drew blood. They love him and want to keep him, but their health issues make it difficult for them to train him right now. If anyone knows of a training facility near their home in Rogue River, or a foster home where he could receive some training until my parents are able to manage him better, it would be greatly appreciated.
