About SUSHI

MEET Mrs. Personality- SUSHI SUSHI was caught by Animal Control together with other smaller dogs that someone had abandoned. she ended up in the Manteca Shelter, Norther CA and is with AnimalDefense Rescue, WA since December 2025. Sushi will be the sunshine in anyone's life. she would prefer an adult household and having lots of little toys to carry around. SUSHI is shy at the beginning because she is not trusting people approaching her with hands stretched towards her. But once she trusts and feels at home she is very social and creates her own sunshine. ADR.org has been working on potty training and she made huge progress. it would be beneficiary if there would be another dog in the household - like a big brother to cuddle with. She is very bonded with Shaggy (also posted). Her weight is light ~ 7lbs,. She loves her walks and cannot get enough of those. SUSHI has been spayed, is microchipped and up to date with Vaccinations). If you are interested in meeting her you have to be willing to visit her on Orcas Island.
