Meet WILSON! He is a charming Dachshund-Terrier with a wire hair coat and big brown eyes. WILSON came to us from a NJ shelter; not much was known about him so fostering him was a learning process. WILSON would do best in a quiet household where someone is home more than not and able to give him the one-on-one attention he deserves. He would do best as an only pet or perhaps with one other quiet dog. A fenced yard would be best for Wilson. He was in a busy adoptive home with many animals previously; he did not do well in that environment, so he was returned to our care to find a more appropriate setting. If you have another dog, a meet and greet would be best for all concerned to see if the dogs would enjoy each other's company. Our rescue is no longer able to do long-distance adoptions, so please be local to the Central NJ/very Eastern PA area. Thanks for taking a look at our WILSON, as he seeks a VSP (Very Special Person) to call his very own.
