Name: Rain Age: Estimated to be 4-5 years Breed: Maltese, 13 pounds Sex: Male (not neutered) Location: Los Angeles County, California Super sweet Rain was found running in circles during a December storm in East LA. He was rescued by a GS who is trying to find a safe home for him. Vet Info: Rain is blind. He has cataracts in both eyes. He is scheduled to be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped on 2/18/26. He just had bloodwork done and results are pending and will be updated on this post once they are available. He seems healthy and his teeth are fairly white. Dog Info: Rain has been with GS since December. Every effort was made to find his owners. Rain has run of the house, he is housebroken and leash trained as well as crate trained. He is an outgoing boy that loves people of all ages, male and female dogs, as well as cats. He is currently staying in a home with eight and eleven year old boys, two cats and 3 dogs. He is a very sweet boy that doesn't seem to know that he is blind. When Rain first meets a new person, he is just a little bit shy at first but he comes around quickly. **Owner Surrender Disclaimer: These are blind and visually impaired dogs who are living in homes, but their owners can no longer keep them.
