About Sparky

Meet Sparky! He was wandering the streets of Tijuana, Mexico, before he was rescued and is now safe at TRACS. We believe he is a Smooth Fox Terrier and Retriever mix who is two years old and weighs forty pounds. Sparky is a little shy but is starting to understand that people can be kind, and he currently stays in our Dog Den where he has an indoor kennel with an outside run and goes potty outside. Sparky also enjoys walks and does well on a leash while he explores his new surroundings. He is neutered, current on vaccines, and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $250.
