Name: Diva & Gage Losing Home! Location: Hollis Center, Maine York County URGENT VALENTINE'S PLEA DIVA & GAGE *** Hi|our names are Diva (black female Lab mix) and Gage (tan male Pittie mix). We're about 2 years old, and right now, we're scared because we don't know where we're going to land next. Not long ago, we were saved from euthanasia at an overcrowded southern shelter-literally at the last possible moment. A rescue stepped in and gave us a chance at life, sending us to a loving foster home where we finally felt safe. We had dog and cat siblings, warm beds, routines, and a foster dad who loved us deeply|Then everything changed. Our foster dad passed away unexpectedly. In an instant, our entire world fell apart. :,-( Our foster mom was grieving, overwhelmed, and heartbroken-and so were we. She did everything she could, but caring for all of us alone became impossible. We were moved again trying to understand why we kept losing the people we loved. Now, just as we were starting to feel safe again, we're being told we have to move yet again. Our current foster dad is facing major surgery and won't be able to care for us any longer. ***** We are sweet, loving dogs who have already lost too much. We are house-trained, Crate-trained, Dog and cat-friendly, Gentle, affectionate, and deeply bonded, spayed/neutered, and we just want stability and love. All we want is a safe place to land-together.
