This chap is very sweet and snuggly, a perfect companion for someone who loves giving lap time. He's high energy and a bit anxious and needs at least a daily walk, preferably more than one. He barks a lot to let strangers know that he's the boss. He doesn't chase my cats, but is a sniffer. He runs over to other dogs just to sniff them, not in an aggressive way, just determined to get that doggie intel. Takes him a bit to warm up to men, more of a lady's man. He did, however, warmed up to my brother within a day. House-broken, great on an off leash. Great little hiker, stays on the trail either a little bit ahead or behind. As far as I know, he's purebred.
