Name: Lexxi Penelope Age: 6 years (DOB: November 15, 2019) Breed: Poodle/Chihuahua Mix (12 lbs) Sex: Female (Spayed) Location: La Puente, CA Lexxi Penelope is a sweet little poodle/Chihuahua mix who has been with her current owner since she was 6 weeks old. She sounds like the sweetest little girl who is just struggling to adjust. Vet Info: Lexxi is microchipped and current on vaccinations. She is not heartworm tested. Current owner is unsure if she is completely or partially blind as she hasn't been seen by an ophthalmologist. Blood test results are normal. Right eye dryness. Currently on medication for high blood pressure. Dog Info: Lexxi is an indoor dog confined to one area of the house. She is house broken and leash-trained. Lexxi needs to be carried outside because she will no longer go down stairs. She will come when called by her name. She is good with men, women, teens and younger children. Her current owner doesn't have any other animals, but believes she will do well with them. She is not possessive with treats, toys, or food. She has no bite history. She has been with her current owner since 6 weeks of age. Before losing vision, she would bark to alert of approaching animals or people at the door.
