About Dani

Location: Columbus, OH Meet Dani, a pure-bred sweetheart baby girl! She is looking for a family to give her head scratches, toys, a lap to awkwardly climb into, and would pretty-please like to sleep with you in bed. Dani loves sleepovers in bed so much that she will demand an early bedtime to start cuddling. Dani is still learning about civilized life. She is house-trained in that she has not yet had a SINGLE accident inside the house, however, she has not yet figured out how to ask to go outside. She will, however, wait to go until you offer to go outside. Dani would prefer a yard. She grew up on a farm and relies on the comfort of roaming a space of her own. She will even lay down outside and watch the sunset. She did not grow up on a leash, so she is still adjusting to walking with one and is not yet ready for leash walks to be her only form of exercise and outside access. *Please also keep in mind that Dani is still learning about the world! She adjusts very quickly to new experiences, but please be patient with her as everything is new to her at this time.* She would very much prefer to live with another dog companion. She feels remarkably more confident around another dog! Dani is crate-trained! She eats her meals in her crate currently and if you pull out a treat and tell her to go to her crate she sprints inside her crate and waits for her treat reward. She does well in her crate during a full 8hr workday if needed. Dani is very quiet. If she hears a neighborhood dog barking, she can get riled to join in for a minute but is overall a very quiet girl. Dani is a very good listener and is easy to train to match your needs and lifestyle. She is very smart! Dani LOVES chewing bones and carrying around stuffed animals. The bigger the stuffed animal the bigger the butt wiggle. Dani is good with cats, kids, and all other dogs.
