Herbert is a high energy, happy go lucky guy who brings excitement wherever he goes! From the moment you walk up to his kennel, he's thrilled to see you and ready for whatever adventure comes next. His enthusiasm is contagious, and life is never boring with Herbert around. Playtime is where he truly shines. Herbert loves toys - especially squeaky ones - and he's highly toy motivated. Toss a toy and he's off! He enjoys a good game of fetch, but he's also just as happy to play with the toys by himself. He also has an independent streak, but his favorite thing is when you join in on the fun. Playfully chase him for a toy and you'll see pure joy as he zooms around. Herbert already knows how to sit on command, and takes treats gently from your hand. He doesn't always want to stay still for long - there's just too much fun to be had! - but he will appreciates short petting sessions.
