About Murphy

We are sad to need to rehome Murphy, but he has shown aggression to our four year old son. He is 6.5 years old and we've had him since he was a young puppy. He follows instructions like bed time, sit, shake and lay down. He loves having his neck rubbed, laying in the sun, chasing squirrels in the yard and really any type of attention! He has always had a large yard to run in and loves to be active, but also enjoys a good nap on the couch on days we've worked from home. He loves all food and does take the opportunity to counter surf as soon as you turn your back, but also obediently goes to his kennel for bedtime whenever we have meals. He is a loving dog who would do great in a home with adults or teenage kids. He has always been around our other dog and done well, though occasionally plays a little too rambunctious.
