ARRIVING IN WISCONSIN FEBRUARY 6TH! Rylo is a handsome 3-year-old mixed breed with soulful eyes and a gentle spirit to match. He came to us after being surrendered by his owner through the county animal shelter in Texas due to no fault of his own. While we don't know all the details of his past, it's clear this boy is ready for a fresh start. Rylo weighs about 61 pounds and carries himself with a calm, steady presence that makes you feel at ease the moment you meet him. Rylo is described by staff as sweet, gentle, and good on leash-the kind of dog who enjoys being by your side and taking in the world at a relaxed pace. He's friendly, attentive, and eager to please, making him a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend. He's ready to leave his past behind and find a forever home where he can finally settle in, feel safe, and be loved the way he deserves. He is potty trained in Texas, however his new family should be prepared to do additional training while he learns the routine at his new home in WI. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition. He will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday, February 6th, and will be available to meet, and take home if he is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below. His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. He is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption on Friday February 6th. If upon meeting, he is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable. We ask that you are serious about your intent to adopt before placing a deposit, so as not to prevent him from finding his forever family in the meantime, as we only accept one deposit per dog.
