About Butterball the Puppy

ARRIVING IN WISCONSIIN FEBRUARY 6th! Butterball is a 2-month-old male mixed breed puppy with a sweet face and an even sweeter start-over story. Just before a winter freeze moved through Texas, Butterball, his siblings, and their mom were found abandoned outdoors with no shelter from the cold. They were thankfully taken into a temporary foster home for the weekend and then brought safely to the shelter once it reopened after the storm - giving this little family the chance they desperately needed. Now Butterball is packing his tiny bags and getting ready for a fresh start in the Midwest! He will be arriving in Wisconsin on February 6th and is eager to find a family ready for all the joys (and responsibilities!) that come with raising a puppy. Like his siblings, Butterball is young, curious, and full of potential. With patience, training, and lots of love, he's sure to grow into a loyal, affectionate companion. He is working hard on potty training in Texas, however his new family should be prepared to do additional training while he learns the routine at his new home in WI. He is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition. He will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday, February 6th, and will be available to meet, and take home if he is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below. His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. He is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption on Friday February 6th. If upon meeting, he is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable. We ask that you are serious about your intent to adopt before placing a deposit, so as not to prevent him from finding his forever family in the meantime, as we only accept one deposit per dog.
