About Willoughby

Wonderful chow chow that we love dearly needs to be rehomed due to issues with 2 young children. She is a wonderful dog, but is a chow chow so barks in order to ensure owner's safety. And the one behavioral issue that is causing our need to rehome her is that she is generally (85% of the time) the most incredible, sweet dog. However, since birth, she has had the zoomies when getting too excited off leash, and when she gets the zoomies, she occasionally bites (to her the bite is playful, but to the recipient, especially a child, it is painful/dangerous.) This has led to her being on the leash more often than not which I no longer feel is fair to her. Will make a wonderful dog for the right person or family with teen or older kids. She is AKC. And we love her dearly. So the right fit is a requirement.
