About Budgie/ parakeet

A blue white and somewhat black budgie parakeet Not quite sure of her age she's probably close to senior age, I'm not sure of the temperament. she is barely friendly and has only gotten used to being with the other parakeet that I have in the cage, She may also be older than him Also not quite sure of her ID But maybe Is the ring on her leg , i tried my best too read and write it down to type it. So basically.. and my mother can't quite take care of her because of my current financial or living situation that I'm currently in and we're basically only doing this ( My mom takes part of this too, mostly) Because we can't afford to keep them anymore and wherever we will be, we don't wanna drag them anywhere and make them more stressed with the constant moving so that's why we feel like this is one of the best options we can think of and I hope with this system.. they get a more responsible home and eventually so they can be able to be cared for. (Or at least the female I might make another post on this For the younger male)
