About Harper

The dog is very loving and does great with kids, however, this breed barks and theirs no stopping it. Even with a training collar she barks through the first few shocks. She will bark at all costs. Inside the house she is perfect and does not bark at all, however, outside she barks at every person or car that passes by our yard. It's at a point that my neighbors have complained too many times and I cannot mitigate this issue. This breed is known to bark and theirs bark can be heard from afar. Please note, that inside the house she is nearly perfect and a very loving dog.
