This precious girl named Hoops was saved from euthanasia with her 5 puppies minutes before they were set to be euthanized at a rural overcrowded shelter. I was able to find a foster for Hoops and her precious babies, but now we urgently need to find adopters. The puppies were born on 11/17 so they are fully weaned and are very happy and playful.
