About Aspen

This precious girl named Aspen found herself in an overcrowded shelter. She came in with her mate (an equally sweet male dog named Timber) and their female puppy (named Cedar). All 3 dogs in this family were on the euthanasia list only due to lack of kennel space. They were huddled up together in one kennel and Aspen would lay on top of Cedar to shield her from loud noises. It was heartbreaking to see. Cedar got a deposit to be adopted who I left mom and dad at risk. We pulled Aspen and Timber to an emergency foster situation and both are thankful to be alive. These dogs are very gentle and rely on each other for comfort. They look for reassurance from people as well. Aspen is approx 2 yrs old, 48 lbs and fully vaccinated. She will be spayed prior to adoption and has already started heartworm treatment.
