Help, Me!!! I am the 9th longest-term doggie at the shelter, which means when it gets over capacity, which it OFTEN does, I am in great danger of becoming no more, disappearing, gone. I am about 3 years or so old. When I came to the shelter, I was very afraid, but now am blossoming. I like to snuggle with the volunteers, give them kisses, but sadly doesn't happen often enough, since so many doggies, not enough volunteers. I sit nice, and they are also teaching me even more things. I like to learn, esp. if a treat is involved, since I am still a little skinny, but slow and steady am filling out. I have met some doggie buddies here and play nice with them while on a leash. The volunteers say I have, 'happy energy'. Come visit me, and maybe we can go home together, will fill your home with that happy energy. You can then feed me treats and I'll give you happy kisses. We can take nice walks together, sniff the grass (I, not you). At the shelter, I am not promised a tomorrow, but safe with you, can have many, many tomorrows. Come.
